A home service massage in Dubai works like this: you message me your area and a time, I arrive with everything needed, set up a proper table in a room you choose, treat you for your booked hour, and you pay cash at the end. I’m Mei, an independent female therapist — AED 400 an hour at home, AED 300 at my studio, and there’s no deposit.
The home service, step by step
The whole thing is designed to be simple from your side. First, we sort the details over WhatsApp: your area, whether you’d like a home visit or my studio, the treatment and the length. I confirm a time and, when the visit is close, you share your building or a pin so I reach the right door. I’ll send a quick note back confirming the address so there’s no confusion on the night.
On the day, I arrive a few minutes early and set up the table in the room you’ve picked — usually a bedroom or lounge. We spend the first minute or two on what you want from the session: how firm the pressure, any areas to focus on or avoid, anything I should know about your health. Then you settle onto the table under the draping and the treatment begins.
When your hour is up, I let you rest rather than rushing you off the table, then pack down quietly while you come round. You pay in cash, or by bank transfer on request — there’s no deposit, no forms and no account to set up. If you’d like to book again, you just message me directly next time; there’s no app or middleman in between.
Timings are flexible within reason. If your day runs late or an earlier plan overruns, message me and we’ll shift things — I’d rather move the slot than have you rushing home to lie tense on a table. I keep a little buffer between visits for exactly this, so a fifteen-minute change is rarely a problem.
What I bring, hygiene and clean linens
You don’t need to own any equipment. I bring a sturdy professional massage table, freshly laundered linens and clean towels for every client, a bolster to support your knees or ankles, a selection of massage oils, and quiet music if you’d like it. From your side, all it takes is a quiet room with enough floor space to walk around the table and somewhere for me to wash my hands.
Hygiene is not an afterthought — it’s the part that makes a home service trustworthy. Linens and towels are washed between every visit, never reused from one client to the next. I clean the table before and after, keep oils sealed and clean, and wash my hands before we start and once we finish. In practice you often get a cleaner setting than a busy spa, because the only space involved is your own home.
If you have a skin sensitivity or a preference — unscented oil, no oil on a particular area, a lighter touch — just tell me and I’ll adjust. And if you’d like to browse what I actually treat before you book, all six of my treatments are listed with what each one helps, from deep tissue to lymphatic drainage.
Room-wise, I’m easy to accommodate. The table needs a patch of floor about the size of a single bed, with space to walk around it; a bedroom, a lounge, or even a large balcony can all work. If you’re unsure whether your space is suitable, send me a quick photo on WhatsApp and I’ll tell you before I set off.
Trust and safety for a home visit
Inviting someone into your home deserves more care than booking a room somewhere, and I take that seriously. I’m an independent female therapist, so you always know exactly who is coming — the same person you spoke to on WhatsApp, not a stranger sent by an app. Every visit is strictly professional and by appointment, with proper draping the entire time; only the area I’m working on is ever uncovered.
A few things are always yours to decide. You choose the room and the door. You can have a partner, friend or family member at home if that feels more comfortable. You set the pressure and can ask me to stop or adjust at any point. I treat both women and men, and the boundaries are the same for everyone, every time.
If it’s your first home visit, it’s completely reasonable to ask me anything beforehand — where I’ve worked, what a session involves, how the payment works. I’d far rather you booked feeling sure than talked yourself into it. Clear answers over WhatsApp are part of the service, not an imposition.
For evening visits, a couple of small habits help everyone feel at ease. I’ll message when I’m on my way and again when I arrive, so the doorbell never catches you off guard. And if building security needs to log visitors, just tell me the process — I’m used to signing in at towers and hotels across the city.
Why results are often better at home
A spa massage can be excellent, but the drive home undoes some of it. You finish warm and relaxed, then get dressed, walk to the car, sit in traffic and tense back up before you’re home. A home service removes that entirely. When your session ends, you’re already where you want to be — you drink some water, stay warm and let everything settle. That quiet half hour afterwards is when the work really holds, and it’s much easier to protect when you don’t have to go anywhere.
None of this is a knock on spas — a good one is a lovely thing. It’s simply that the benefits of a massage are easiest to hold on to when nothing interrupts them, and a treatment at home protects that better than almost anywhere else. You finish, you stay still, and the loosened muscles get to settle rather than being marched back to a car park.
The setting helps too. Most people relax faster in their own space than in an unfamiliar room, and a calmer nervous system means muscles let go more readily under the same pressure. There’s also continuity: because I’m the one who treats you each time, I remember how your back was last visit and build on it, rather than starting from scratch. If you want to compare what makes a strong at-home treatment, my guide to the best home massage in Dubai goes into more detail. Either way, message me on WhatsApp and I’ll help you pick the right session.
Prices and booking
A home service massage is AED 400 an hour, or AED 300 an hour at my studio, for 60, 90 or 120 minutes, with no deposit and cash on the day (bank transfer on request). I cover 19 areas plus hotels — you can check yours on my areas page — and the rates and lengths are laid out on my pricing page. I work daily from 10am to 11pm by appointment, and same-day is often possible.
To book, send me a WhatsApp with your area, the treatment you’d like and a rough time. If you have an injury, a health condition or you’re pregnant, tell me and I’ll advise honestly — sometimes the right answer is to check with your doctor or physiotherapist first. I’ll confirm quickly and tell you the little you need to have ready, usually just a quiet room and a towel.
Frequently asked questions
How does a home service massage work in Dubai?
You message me your area and a time, I arrive with the table and everything needed, set up in a room you choose, treat you for your booked hour, then you pay cash at the end. There's no deposit and nothing to prepare beyond a quiet space. A home visit is AED 400 an hour — WhatsApp me to book.
What equipment do you bring to a home massage?
A sturdy professional massage table, fresh linens and clean towels for every client, a bolster for under your knees or ankles, and a selection of massage oils. If you'd like music I'll bring that too. All you provide is a quiet room with a little floor space and somewhere for me to wash my hands.
Is a home massage hygienic?
Yes. I use freshly laundered linens and towels for each visit, clean the table between clients, and wash my hands before and after. Oils are kept sealed and clean. You get the same standards you'd expect from a good treatment room, in your own space — often cleaner, because it's your home.
Is it safe to have a massage therapist come to my home?
It should be, and I work to make it so. I'm an independent female therapist, every visit is strictly professional and by appointment, and I confirm details clearly over WhatsApp beforehand. You choose the room, draping is used throughout, and you can have someone else home if you prefer. Both women and men book me.
Why is a home massage better than a spa?
Two reasons: no rush and no travel. You don't drive anywhere warm and loose afterwards — you simply rest, which is when the treatment really holds. And the setting is your own, so you relax faster. Same table, same oils, same skilled work, without the queue. Home visits are AED 400 an hour with no deposit.
