Dubai Marina massage without the spa trip: a female therapist comes to your tower, hotel room or serviced apartment
Short answer
Yes — I come to apartments, hotel rooms and serviced apartments across Dubai Marina, from the towers on Marina Walk to the Sheikh Zayed Road side, daily 10:00–23:00 by appointment and often the same evening. Send your tower or hotel and flat or room number on WhatsApp. A visit is AED 400 an hour, no deposit.
- Female therapist
- Home AED 400/hr · studio AED 300/hr
- No deposit
- Same-day often possible
I’m Mei, a female massage therapist working on my own, and in the Marina most of the planning is logistics: tall towers, busy lobbies, slow evening roads. I don’t run a spa on the water. I come to you, and this page covers where, when, what to book and what it costs.
Spa in Dubai Marina or a massage in your apartment?
If the evening is about the spa itself, the steam room and the robe, go to a spa. If it’s about the massage, stay in: no walk round the water, no Marina Mall car park, no changing back into day clothes. You lie down on your own bed, and when I leave you’re already home.
Dubai Marina is built around an artificial canal along a 3-kilometre stretch of the Gulf coast, and its spas and massage centres sit in waterfront hotels, tower podiums and around Marina Mall. I haven’t been treated in them and won’t rate them. The honest comparison is the evening around the hour: getting to a spa and back can take as long as the massage.
The other difference is who treats you. At a busy centre it’s whoever is on shift; with me it’s the same female therapist each visit, so by your second booking I know which side of your neck locks first and start there.
Massage in your Dubai Marina hotel room or serviced apartment
Holidaymakers and residents book the same way: send the hotel or building name and your room or apartment number on WhatsApp, then let the front desk know a massage therapist is coming up. I make up the bed with my own massage blanket and fresh linens, and take everything away when we finish.
Searching by your hotel’s name, the Crowne Plaza on the Marina for instance, works the same way: you book with me, not the hotel, so its spa hours and menu don’t come into it. Serviced apartments are easier still, with a bedroom door that shuts and a kitchen for water afterwards.
Just landed? On a first evening, a gentle aromatherapy massage with the lights low is my usual suggestion; Swedish works the same way without the scent. My hotel massage guide has the detail on reception, timing and what happens when I arrive.
Which Marina towers do you visit?
All of them, by appointment: the towers along Marina Walk and Marina Promenade, Princess Tower, Cayan Tower, Marina Gate, Marina Cascades, The Torch and Sparkle Towers, and the blocks on the Sheikh Zayed Road side near Sobha Realty and DMCC metro stations. Send the tower name, your apartment number and which lobby to use.
Some Marina buildings have more than one entrance, and a dropped pin on yours beats any description. Concierge desks here see visitors all day: tell them Mei is expected at your booked time and they’ll ring up and send me to the right lift; a few note my ID first.
Parking is the slow part. Podium visitor spaces are usually taken by evening and the paid street bays along the water go quickly, so I build that into my timing and you have nothing to arrange.
The lettered clusters across Sheikh Zayed Road are on my JLT page; the beachfront towers past the tram line are on massage in JBR.
Massage price in Dubai Marina: spa vs home
In your Marina apartment or hotel room, 60 minutes is AED 400, 90 minutes AED 600 and two hours AED 800. Nothing is added for travel or parking, there’s no deposit, and you pay cash afterwards or by transfer if arranged first. My studio is AED 300 an hour if you’d rather come to me.
For context, ServiceMarket puts a typical 60-minute massage in Dubai at AED 250–300 and full hotel-spa packages at AED 600–1500 or more. Those are third-party figures I saw in October 2026, and they move. Cheaper Marina offers exist too; I won’t pretend otherwise.
So what does my rate cover? A full hour of hands-on time, the drive and the parking, a massage blanket, clean linens and oils for your bed, and one therapist you can rebook by name. The total I confirm on WhatsApp is the total you pay when we finish.

Late-evening massage in the Marina: can I book tonight?
Often, as long as you message by mid-afternoon. I work daily from 10:00 to 23:00, by appointment, so the latest a 60-minute massage can begin is 22:00. I’m not a walk-in place you can drop into; you send a time, and I confirm it or offer the nearest free one.
On weekdays the Marina’s roads crawl from about 18:00 to 20:00, so a start from 20:00 is the easy choice: I’m not racing traffic and you’re not watching the clock. Late weekend mornings suit a recovery session the day after a long run.
Swedish or deep tissue after a Marina Walk run or a long-haul flight?
After a hard run, book sports & recovery for the legs, ideally the next day once the soreness has arrived. After a long-haul flight, book Swedish & relaxation: gentle, full-body, then straight to sleep. Deep tissue is for desk weeks, aimed at the neck and shoulders. Can’t decide? Swedish is the safe first booking.
- Runners. Calves, hamstrings, glutes and feet carry Marina Walk and the JBR track. Book for the day after, once delayed onset muscle soreness has shown itself; my page on sports recovery in Dubai Marina has the local detail.
- After a flight. Swedish & relaxation at an easy pressure. Firm work on a body that’s been folded into a seat all night is the wrong order.
- Desk week. Deep tissue, with most of the hour on the upper back, neck and shoulders; 90 minutes if the legs need time too.
One firm rule: a calf that is swollen, warm or painful on one side after a long flight needs a doctor, not a massage. The NHS guidance on DVT explains why.
Every session is strictly professional and by appointment, with proper draping throughout, and I treat both women and men. Message me your tower or hotel on WhatsApp for a confirmed start and the full total before anything is booked.

Questions about massage in Dubai Marina
Do you come to Marina Cascades?
Yes. Marina Cascades is on my list like any other Marina tower: send the tower name, your apartment number and a start time, and leave my name with the lobby desk. If you were searching for a massage centre inside the building, I'm not one; I come up to your flat with everything your bed needs.
How much is a home massage in Dubai Marina?
60 minutes is AED 400, 90 is AED 600 and 120 is AED 800, the same for a tower apartment or a hotel room. Nothing is added for travel or parking, and there's no deposit. Pay cash when we finish, or by bank transfer if you arrange it in advance. Coming to my studio is AED 300 an hour.
My Marina tower has no visitor parking — is that a problem?
No. Plenty of Marina towers have no spare bays by evening, so I plan on the paid street parking and allow time for it; it never changes what you pay. If your building issues visitor tickets or needs a number plate in advance, tell me the day before and it saves a few minutes in the lobby.
Do you do Thai or Chinese massage in Dubai Marina?
No, neither is one of my treatments. For stiffness, the closest thing I offer is deep tissue: firm, slow work with oil on your own bed. For a whole-body unwind after a long week or a flight, Swedish & relaxation. If it's Thai stretching or Chinese tui na you're after, a specialist centre is the honest recommendation.
Can two of us have a massage at the same time in Dubai Marina?
Yes. I can treat you one after the other in a single visit, or bring a former colleague, also a female therapist, so you're treated side by side on one large bed or two, depending on your flat or hotel room. Mention it in your first message so we can line up both diaries.
Not in Dubai Marina?
I cover much of Dubai. Message me your location and I'll confirm availability.
