Massage in Al Quoz

I come to you in Al Quoz — al quoz creative district & residences — with my massage blanket, fresh linens and oils — I work on your own bed. Or visit my private studio by appointment.

Yes — I do home massage across Al Quoz: Al Khail Gate, the villa streets of Al Quoz 1 to 4, and the residential blocks nearer Alserkal Avenue. Send your building or villa, street number and a location pin on WhatsApp (addresses here confuse everyone), and I’ll come back with a time between 10:00 and 23:00. If you work in a studio or warehouse here, book the evening after you lock up.

Al Quoz: two districts wearing one name

Al Quoz is the wide district inland from Sheikh Zayed Road between Business Bay and Al Barsha, with Al Khail Road running through it, and it is really two places. Al Quoz Industrial Areas 1 to 4 are the warehouses: car workshops, furniture showrooms, warehouse gyms and the galleries of Alserkal Avenue. Al Quoz 1 to 4 are the residential pockets: villa streets, low-rise blocks and Al Khail Gate out towards Al Khail Road.

Both halves are awkward to describe to a visitor, which is why a pin matters more here than anywhere else I go. Al Barsha and Mall of the Emirates are the next stop along Sheikh Zayed Road — see massage in Al Barsha — and the canal-side towers at the other end are on my Business Bay page.

Finding your villa, block or gate

Street numbers repeat across Dubai’s communities, so “Street 8, Al Quoz” can mean several places. Please send all of these:

  • Al Quoz 1, 2, 3 or 4, or Al Khail Gate, plus the building or villa number as written on it;
  • the street number and the nearest thing I’ll recognise — Alserkal Avenue, a school, a mosque, the Sheikh Zayed Road or Al Khail Road exit you use;
  • a pin dropped on your door, not the plot;
  • for a building with security, whether reception wants my name.

Parking is easy in the villa streets; in the industrial streets it’s loading bays and trucks, fine for a short stay. Evening traffic on Al Khail Road and the Sheikh Zayed Road exits is heavy, so I leave early and message when I’m close.

Making space in a flat, villa or loft

I don’t bring a table; I bring a bag. In it are a dedicated massage blanket that goes over your own bed, a fresh sheet, towels, a U-shaped headrest, a bolster and oils. It’s all pictured in my what to expect guide.

Al Quoz homes come in odd shapes, so three points:

  • A bed is the one thing I need. A low platform bed or a mattress on a plain frame is fine; a sofa or the floor isn’t.
  • Shared villa or flat: a bedroom with a door that closes, and a word to your housemates so nobody walks in.
  • Workshop days: shower before I arrive — oil and sawdust don’t mix — and have water ready.

What people in Al Quoz tend to book — and what I’d suggest

Al Quoz work is physical in a way most of Dubai’s isn’t: standing at a bench or an easel, lifting stock, bending over an engine, hanging a show — or a long drive in and a desk. Two kinds of tiredness, two different sessions.

On your feet and lifting. Go for 90 minutes of deep tissue work and tell me where it bites, usually the lower back, the hips and the forearms. Firm and slow, with time on the legs if you’ve stood on concrete all day.

Training in the warehouse gyms. Sports and recovery massage the day after a heavy session can help the stiffness pass sooner, and it works better as 60 focused minutes on what you trained than as a vague full-body hour.

A head that won’t switch off — a show to open, a deadline, a business to run — suits aromatherapy massage in the evening better than heavy pressure: light to medium work, then sleep.

Anything that radiates down a limb, goes numb, or started with an injury should be seen by a doctor or physiotherapist first; massage supports recovery, it doesn’t replace care.

The session is strictly professional, by appointment and properly draped throughout, for women and men alike.

Two hands kneading an oiled back with firm pressure, a towel draped below
Firm, slow pressure through the back. At a home visit this happens on your own bed, on my massage blanket and fresh linens.

Is there a massage centre in Al Quoz?

Not many. Al Quoz is a working district, not a spa district; the nearest clusters of massage centres and hotel spas are in Al Barsha 1 and Business Bay, a short drive either way.

A home visit is the natural option here, and it comes with what the drive doesn’t: the same therapist every time, the hour you choose up to 23:00, fresh linens on your own bed, your own shower afterwards, and proper draping and boundaries exactly as in a professional treatment room.

A home visit in Al Quoz is AED 400 per hour, with 60, 90 and 120 minutes at the same hourly rate; no deposit, no travel fee. My studio is AED 300 per hour if you’d rather come to me. All the totals are on my price list.

Booking in Al Quoz

Message me on WhatsApp with your Al Quoz number or Al Khail Gate, the building or villa, a pin and a rough time; you’ll have the slot and the exact total confirmed before you commit to anything. Same-day is often possible, especially after 20:00 once the traffic eases.

Questions about massage in Al Quoz

Do you do home massage in Al Quoz?

Yes. I visit Al Khail Gate, the villa streets of Al Quoz 1 to 4 and the residential blocks near Alserkal Avenue and the Sheikh Zayed Road side. Send your building or villa, street number and a location pin on WhatsApp and I'll confirm a time between 10:00 and 23:00. I bring everything and work on your own bed; both women and men are welcome.

How much is a home massage in Al Quoz?

A home visit in Al Quoz is AED 400 per hour: AED 400 for 60 minutes, AED 600 for 90 and AED 800 for 120. There is no travel fee and no deposit. You pay in cash after the session, or by bank transfer if you ask in advance. If you'd rather come to me, the studio is AED 300 per hour.

I live in Al Khail Gate. How does access work?

Send your building number and apartment, and leave my name with security or reception if visitors need to be announced. Drop a pin on your building entrance, because it's a large complex and the blocks look alike. Tell me whether there's visitor parking; if not, I'll allow time for the street. I message when I'm close and carry one bag, so you don't need to meet me downstairs.

I finish work late. Can you come after 21:00?

Yes. I work until 23:00 every day, so a 21:00 or 21:30 start is normal, and by then the traffic on Al Khail Road has usually eased. Shower first if you've been in the workshop or studio all day, have water ready and plan nothing afterwards; the point of a late session is to go straight to bed. Book a day ahead if you can, though same-day is often possible.
