Downtown Dubai massage near Burj Khalifa: a female therapist comes to your hotel room or Boulevard apartment

I’m Mei, an independent female massage therapist who visits Downtown Dubai by appointment. This page covers what visitors and residents actually need to decide: hotel spa, massage centre or your own room, which towers I visit, what to book after the mall, the cost, and booking.

Hotel spa in Downtown or a massage in your room?

Choose the hotel spa if you want its pool, steam room and an afternoon off. Choose a massage in your room if the massage is what you’re after: a start time you pick, no trip down to the spa floor and back, and when it ends you’re already lying in the bed you’ll sleep in.

Downtown hotels are built for the first option, and on a long stay it’s worth doing once. For the evening you’ve walked Dubai Mall end to end, the second is kinder. A hotel spa sets its own last booking; I can start any time from 10:00 and finish by 23:00.

In a hotel room, three small things help: tell the front desk a therapist is coming, hang the do-not-disturb sign, and set the aircon to comfortable rather than cold. Massage centre in Downtown Dubai vs a home visit

A centre is the answer if you’re standing in Dubai Mall and want a massage within the hour: walk-ins are what centres do. A home visit is the answer if you can plan a few hours ahead. You get the same therapist every time, your own bed, and no drive back up the Boulevard afterwards. I work by appointment only.

Which Downtown towers and hotels do you visit?

All of Downtown, by appointment: apartments in Burj Vista, Burj Views, South Ridge, Standpoint, Boulevard Point and The Address Residences, the buildings of the Old Town area, and hotel rooms across the district. If your building has a concierge and a visitor procedure, telling them my name is usually all it takes.

Downtown Dubai is the district around Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, alongside Sheikh Zayed Road and next to Business Bay. Addresses here are easy to find and slow to reach, so send:

• The building name exactly as your concierge says it, with the tower letter or number. Burj Views and Burj Vista are near-twins, and a wrong guess costs time on a busy evening.
• Your apartment number, or the hotel and room number.
• A pin on the residents’ entrance. On podium buildings the car park and the lobby can be on different streets.
• A word to reception that you’re expecting me.

After Dubai Mall or the Burj: what to book

After hours on your feet in Dubai Mall and along the Boulevard, book a Swedish relaxation massage with more time on the calves and feet. Just landed? Aromatherapy on your first evening. A desk week next door in DIFC or Business Bay? Deep tissue for the neck and shoulders. Match the session to your day, not the menu.

• Mall legs. Swedish & relaxation for 60 minutes, with the calves and feet given proper time. Anything strong is wasted on tired legs.
• Body still on another continent. Aromatherapy massage the evening you arrive: soft pressure and a gentle essential-oil blend, then lights out on Dubai time.
• Desk shoulders. Deep tissue massage aimed at the neck, shoulders and upper back; 90 minutes adds the lower back and hips.

How much is a massage in Downtown Dubai?

A massage in your Downtown hotel room or apartment is AED 400 an hour: AED 600 for 90 minutes, AED 800 for 120. There’s no deposit and no travel fee; you pay cash after the session, or by bank transfer on request. If you’d rather come to me, my studio is AED 300 an hour.

As a benchmark, Palazzo Versace’s spa, a five-star hotel spa over in Al Jaddaf, lists a 60-minute massage at AED 550. That’s a third-party price seen in October 2026 that can change, and with any hotel spa it’s worth asking whether a service charge goes on top.
