Spa in Business Bay or a massage in your apartment? A female therapist comes to your tower, hotel room or hotel apartment

Short answer

Yes — I come to apartments, hotel apartments and hotel rooms across Business Bay, from Executive Towers and Bay Square to the towers along Marasi Drive, daily 10:00–23:00 by appointment and often the same evening. Send your tower and flat number on WhatsApp. A visit is AED 400 an hour, no deposit.

I’m Mei, an independent female massage therapist, and I don’t keep a room in a Business Bay podium: I bring the massage up to your flat, hotel apartment or hotel room. Below are straight answers on spa versus home, which towers, hotels, tonight’s slots, what to book after work and the price.

Spa or massage centre in Business Bay — or a massage in your apartment?

Book a spa if you want the steam room, the pool and an afternoon out of the flat. Book me if you want the massage itself without crossing Business Bay twice: no canal-bridge queues, no hunt for a parking bay, no getting dressed to go home. You stay put, and the same female therapist comes every time.

There’s no shortage of either here: hotel spas along the canal and Sheikh Zayed Road, salons and massage centres in the tower podiums. I haven’t worked in them and won’t rank them; the real difference is the hour either side of the treatment.

Thai, hot stone and Moroccan bath aren’t on my list, so if one of those is the point, book a centre. For a back bent over a laptop all week, I’d argue for your own bed: deep work sits better when you can lie still afterwards.

Which Business Bay towers do you visit?

Residential and hotel-apartment towers anywhere in Business Bay: Executive Towers, Bay Square, DAMAC Towers by Paramount, The Bay Gate, Merano Tower, the canal-side blocks along Marasi Drive and the buildings around Business Bay metro station. Send the tower name exactly as it appears above the entrance, with its letter or number.

Business Bay lies directly south of Downtown, between Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road, on the stretch where Dubai Creek was dredged and extended into today’s canal. It was planned as an office district, so many towers mix flats with offices, and the metro station sits on the Sheikh Zayed Road edge, a fair walk from the water.

To find the right door, send:

  • the tower name plus its letter or number, since Executive Towers alone is a set of lettered buildings;
  • the residents’ entrance, because office lobbies and flats often have separate doors;
  • a pin on that lobby, not the car park ramp, which is often on another street;
  • a word to reception that Mei is expected.

Searching by a tower name such as Prism Tower, Silver Tower, Regal Tower or Exchange Tower? If you live or stay there, it’s an address like any other. If it’s where you work, I can’t come up, since I don’t work in offices, but your flat that evening is easy. The Boulevard towers north of Al Asayel Street are on my Downtown Dubai page, and the financial district a few minutes up Sheikh Zayed Road is on massage in DIFC.

Massage in your Business Bay hotel or hotel apartment

Both are simple. In a hotel apartment, leave my name at reception and I come up like any visitor. In a hotel, tell the front desk a massage therapist is expected and send me your room number. Either way your bed gets my massage blanket and a fresh sheet, and the session runs to my hours, not the spa’s.

Hotel apartments suit this well: a bedroom door that closes, a kitchen for a glass of water, a desk downstairs that’s used to visitors. In a standard room, set the aircon a notch warmer than you’d sleep with, because muscles under a towel cool quickly. When we finish, the blanket and linens go back in my bag and the bed is as you left it; my what to expect page shows the set-up step by step, and my guide to hotel massage in Dubai covers what to tell reception.

Can I get a massage in Business Bay tonight?

Often, yes, though not at any hour: I work daily from 10:00 to 23:00, by appointment, rather than round the clock. Message by early afternoon for the best chance of an evening slot. A 60-minute session can start as late as 22:00, a 90-minute one by 21:30, and nothing is booked until I confirm a time.

There’s no walk-in counter to check. Instead you get a confirmed start, or the nearest free time.

The canal bridges and the Al Khail Road exits are at their slowest from about 17:00 to 20:00, so a 20:00 or 21:00 start suits everyone: the roads have cleared, and even 90 minutes from 21:00 ends at 22:30. If it has to be 18:00, I leave earlier and message when I’m five minutes away.

What to book after a Business Bay working day

For a neck and shoulders locked up by the desk, book deep tissue: 60 minutes on the neck, shoulders and upper back, or 90 to add the lower back and hips. If you’re wired rather than sore, a slow Swedish relaxation hour suits better. I come to your apartment after work, never to the office.

Long screen days collect in three places: the base of the neck, the muscles between the shoulder blades and the lower back. Deep tissue massage works through them with slow pressure, firm rather than punishing. My guide to neck and shoulder pain from desk work explains what an hour can reach and when 90 minutes is worth it.

If you run the canal boardwalk once the heat drops, mention it and I’ll leave time for calves and hamstrings. Pain that travels down an arm, numbness, or anything that followed a fall needs a doctor or physiotherapist first; the NHS page on neck pain lists the warning signs.

How much is a massage in Business Bay?

A visit to your Business Bay apartment, hotel apartment or hotel room costs AED 400 an hour: AED 600 for 90 minutes and AED 800 for two hours. There’s no deposit and no travel fee, and you pay cash after the session or by bank transfer if you ask first. My studio is AED 300 an hour.

For comparison, the spa at Palazzo Versace, a five-star hotel in Al Jaddaf, lists its 60-minute Amber Essence massage at AED 550; that’s a third-party price I saw in October 2026, and it can change. Much cheaper deals are advertised around Business Bay too, and for some people they’re the right choice.

Mine pays for a full hour of hands-on work, the drive and parking, my blanket and linens, and the same therapist each time, with one total agreed in our chat before I set off. The full breakdown sits on my home massage prices page.

I treat women and men alike, and every session is strictly professional, by appointment, with proper draping from start to finish. WhatsApp me your tower name and the evening you want and you’ll have a confirmed start and the exact total.

Questions about massage in Business Bay

Is there a 24-hour massage in Business Bay?

Not from me. My day runs from 10:00 to 23:00, every day, by appointment, and I'd rather give you a real start time than a promise of any hour. A same-evening visit in Business Bay is often possible if you message by early afternoon: send your tower and the time you'd like, and I'll confirm it or offer the nearest free slot.

How much is a home massage in Business Bay?

AED 400 for an hour, 600 for 90 minutes and 800 for two hours, whether you're in Executive Towers or a hotel by the canal. There's no deposit and no travel fee. You pay cash after the session, or by bank transfer if you tell me beforehand. My studio, if you'd rather come to me, is AED 300 an hour.

Can you come to my office in Business Bay?

No. I visit apartments, hotel apartments and hotel rooms, not offices or building gyms. If your tower mixes offices and flats, I'll come to your flat after work instead: send the residents' entrance and your apartment number, and pick a start from about 20:00, when the roads round the canal have eased.

Can I book a home massage near Business Bay metro station?

Yes. The towers around Business Bay metro station are on my list, along with everything down to the canal. Send the building name, your apartment and the start you'd like; I work until 23:00. The station is on the Sheikh Zayed Road side, so if your entrance faces the service road rather than the water, mention it when you book.

Do you massage men as well as women in Business Bay?

Yes. I treat women and men under one set of rules: strictly professional therapeutic work, booked in advance, and you stay properly draped the whole session. Send your tower, apartment and preferred time on WhatsApp, and I'll confirm the start and the total before I set off for Business Bay.
