JLT massage without the spa trip: a female therapist comes to your tower in clusters A to Z
Short answer
Yes — I come to towers in every JLT cluster, A to Z, daily 10:00–23:00 by appointment and often the same evening. Send your cluster and tower on WhatsApp. A home visit is AED 400 an hour (AED 300 at my studio), no deposit; I bring a massage blanket and fresh linens for your bed.

I’m Mei, an independent female massage therapist. I don’t have a spa in JLT; I come up to your apartment. This page covers spa versus home, the clusters, tonight’s slots, sports massage, price and getting past tower security.
Spa in JLT or a massage in your apartment?
If you want a steam room or a pool, book a hotel spa. If you want the massage itself, a home visit is the easier hour: no drive, no parking, no changing room, and you walk from the treatment straight to your sofa or bed. And it’s the same female therapist each time.
There are spas in JLT’s hotels and massage centres in some cluster towers. The honest difference is everything around the hour. At a centre you travel, park, change and lie in a room someone else set up; at home you walk from the sofa to your own bed. For a 60-minute session, that’s often a two-hour evening against one.
The same therapist coming back also matters more than it sounds. By the second visit I already know where your shoulders hold on, and the session starts there instead of starting from scratch.
Which JLT clusters do you visit?
All of them, Cluster A to Cluster Z, on every side of the lakes, including the towers by DMCC and Sobha Realty Metro stations. Send your cluster letter and tower name together: towers in the same cluster look alike after dark, and a tower name on its own can send me round the wrong lake.
Jumeirah Lake Towers is 26 lettered clusters of three towers each, set around three lakes, with Almas Tower on its own island in the middle and a park where a fourth lake used to be. Each cluster has its own car park, and I sort parking out myself — nothing for you to arrange.
The two Red Line stations, DMCC (once called Jumeirah Lakes Towers) and Sobha Realty (once Dubai Marina), sit on the Sheikh Zayed Road side, with footbridges across to the Marina. Across the road, see home massage in Dubai Marina; down by the beach, home massage in JBR.
Massage near your cluster after work: can I book tonight?
Often, yes. I work until 23:00, so a weekday start between about 19:00 and 21:30 fits a JLT working day well. Message by mid-afternoon with your cluster and the time you’d like, and I’ll confirm a start time or offer the nearest free slot. It isn’t booked until I confirm.
What to book after a desk day:
- Shoulders and neck tight from the screen — deep tissue massage, 90 minutes the first time if it’s been building for weeks, 60 after that.
- Simply wrung out — a slower Swedish & relaxation session at 20:00 or 21:00, then straight to bed.
I visit homes and hotel rooms, not offices or building gyms, so book for your apartment rather than your DMCC desk. Pain that runs down an arm, comes with numbness or follows a fall should be checked by a doctor or physiotherapist first; the NHS guidance on neck pain lists the signs.
Sports massage in JLT: after a lake run or the gym
For legs, hips and shoulders that carry your training, book sports & recovery massage, ideally the day after a hard session once the soreness has shown itself. I come to your apartment rather than the gym: you shower after your run or padel, and I work the muscles you actually loaded.
Tell me what you trained, when, and when you train next. A long lake loop usually means calves, hamstrings and hips; padel adds forearms and shoulders. Sixty minutes covers one or two areas well; 90 lets me work the legs and the upper body without rushing either. The treatment is explained on my sports & recovery massage page, and sports recovery at home in JLT covers the local details.
If you searched for manual therapy for an injury, a physiotherapist is the right first call. Massage is for the tightness around your training, not a fresh strain.
How much is a massage in JLT?
A home visit anywhere in JLT is AED 400 for 60 minutes, AED 600 for 90 and AED 800 for 120, and my studio is AED 300 an hour. There’s no deposit and no travel fee; you pay cash after the session, or by bank transfer if you ask in advance.
That number doesn’t change with the cluster or the time of evening. For how it compares with apps and hotel spas, see my home massage prices page.

Getting into your tower: what to send
Send your cluster letter, tower name, floor and apartment number, plus a pin on the lobby entrance if your tower has more than one. Leave my name, Mei, with security: most JLT towers call up to confirm and send me to the lifts. I message when I’m a few minutes away.
If your tower uses a visitor list or a gate code, send it the day before. Inside, a bed is enough: I lay my massage blanket over it with a clean sheet, towels, a headrest and a bolster, and it all leaves in my bag. Set the aircon to comfortable rather than cold; the full set-up is on my what to expect page.
Every session is strictly professional therapeutic massage, by appointment, with proper draping throughout; I treat both women and men.
Message me on WhatsApp with your cluster and tower and you’ll have a start time and the exact total before anything is confirmed.

Questions about massage in JLT
Is there a good massage spa in JLT?
There are spas and massage centres in JLT, and I won't rate places I haven't worked in. If you want the massage without the trip, I come to your tower in any cluster, A to Z, and make up your own bed with a massage blanket and fresh linens. Same female therapist each time, strictly professional, by appointment.
Do you come to my cluster in JLT?
Yes. I visit every JLT cluster from A to Z, including the towers near DMCC and Sobha Realty Metro stations. Send your cluster letter, tower name and apartment number on WhatsApp and I'll confirm a time between 10:00 and 23:00. Leave my name with security, and I'll message when I'm a few minutes away.
How much is a home massage in JLT?
A home visit in JLT is AED 400 for 60 minutes, AED 600 for 90 and AED 800 for 120. There's no travel fee and no deposit, and you pay cash after the session or by bank transfer if you ask beforehand. If you'd rather come to me, the studio is AED 300 an hour.
Can I book a massage in JLT tonight?
Often, yes. I work daily until 23:00, so a same-evening slot is usually possible if you message by mid-afternoon. Send your cluster, tower and the time you'd like, and I'll confirm a start time or offer the nearest free one. A time isn't booked until I've confirmed it, so wait for my reply.
Do you do sports massage in JLT?
Yes. Sports & recovery massage is one of my six treatments, and I do it in your apartment, not the gym. It suits runners on the lake loops, padel players and anyone training hard: legs, hips and shoulders, ideally the day after a tough session. A new injury with sudden pain or swelling should see a physiotherapist first.
Not in JLT?
I cover much of Dubai. Message me your location and I'll confirm availability.
