The service

Mei Massage Dubai provides professional, therapeutic massage by appointment, at your home or hotel within covered areas of Dubai, or at a private studio. All treatments are strictly professional, with proper draping at all times. I reserve the right to decline or end any appointment where conduct is inappropriate or disrespectful.

Health & safety

Massage is not a substitute for medical care. Please tell us in advance about any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or if you are pregnant, so we can adapt or recommend you speak with your doctor first. We may decline treatment where it would not be safe.

Booking, pricing & cancellation

• Prices are confirmed up front before your appointment. No deposit is required.
• Please give reasonable notice if you need to change or cancel, as a courtesy.
• Home visits may include a travel fee depending on area, stated before booking.

Conduct

We treat every client with respect and expect the same in return. We reserve the right to refuse or end a session if behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful, with no refund in such cases.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the treatment provided. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
