Information we collect

• Booking enquiries. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, or use the appointment form, we receive what you choose to share — typically your name, contact details, preferred service, date, time and area, and your message.
• The appointment form. If you send an appointment request by email instead of WhatsApp, the details you entered are emailed straight to Mei so she can reply. They are not stored in any database — the request lives only in her mailbox, and she deletes old enquiries once they are no longer needed. The form has an optional notes box; anything you write there, including health details such as a pregnancy or an injury, is used solely to plan your treatment safely. Please share only what you are comfortable putting in an email, and leave it blank if you would rather tell her in person.
• Website analytics. We use FlowGlance, our own analytics tool, to understand how this site is used. It records pages viewed, how far you scroll and which sections you read, what you click, when a form is started or submitted, how often text is copied, and any errors the site throws. It does not use advertising cookies and does not follow you to other websites. To recognise a returning visit it stores a random ID in your browser's local storage — that ID is not linked to your name or contact details unless you separately contact us.
• What the free tools show you. When you use a tool on this site (the quiz, price, tip or frequency calculators, or the desk-pain check), the recommendation shown to you is recorded together with the options you selected — so we can tell whether the tools are actually useful. Your answers are ordinary preferences (treatment, session length, area); we don't ask for anything sensitive in them.

Apart from anything you choose to write in the appointment form’s notes box, we do not ask for or knowingly collect sensitive personal data through this website, and the service is intended for adults. We never sell your data, and analytics is never used for third-party advertising.

Prefer not to be counted? Analytics ignores any visit whose browser carries an fw_exclude=1 cookie, and you can block flowglance.com in your browser or a content blocker — the site works perfectly without it. If you'd rather we deleted what's already been recorded, just ask on WhatsApp.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, arrange and provide your appointment, keep a simple record of your preferences so future sessions are better, and understand general website usage. We never sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers

A few trusted providers help us run the site and respond to you. They only process what’s needed for that purpose:

• Vercel — website hosting.
• Cloudflare — domain, security and email forwarding.
• Resend — delivers enquiry-form messages to our inbox.
• WhatsApp — if you message us there, your chat is handled under WhatsApp’s own terms.

Keeping your data

Enquiries and booking details are kept only as long as needed to assist you and provide your treatments, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
