Hello, I'm Mei Han

I'm Mei Han, a professional massage therapist based in Dubai. I help people release tension, recover from training and the desk, and simply switch off for an hour — and I genuinely love what I do.

My approach is simple: listen first, then treat. I want to understand your body — the old injury, the desk-bound shoulders, the pressure you actually like — so each session genuinely helps, and the next one builds on it.

Before Dubai I worked in China, and my grounding is in tuina — the Chinese therapeutic massage tradition built around sustained pressure through the deeper layers of muscle rather than light work on the surface. I taught it there too, to groups of a few dozen adults who wanted to take it up as a living. Teaching changes how you work: you can't just perform a technique, you have to explain why it belongs on this body and not that one. That has stayed with me — it's why I'll usually tell you what I'm feeling under my hands and why I'm working where I am. What I offer here in Dubai is the six treatments below, not tuina as a separate item on a menu; that background simply shaped how I read a body and how much pressure I trust it to take.

Above all, my practice is professional, respectful and private. Whether I'm in your home, your hotel or my own studio, you can expect clear boundaries, proper draping and complete discretion — a quiet hour that's entirely about you.

I've worked with all kinds of bodies and goals — desk-bound necks and shoulders, runners and padel players needing recovery, expecting and new mothers wanting gentle care, and people who simply need to switch off. My six treatments — deep tissue, Swedish & relaxation, sports & recovery, prenatal & postnatal, lymphatic drainage and aromatherapy — let me tailor each session to what your body actually needs, rather than a one-size routine.

I come to you across much of Dubai — from the Marina, JBR and Downtown to Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, Al Barsha, Jumeirah, Mirdif and beyond — bringing a professional table, fresh linens, towels and quality oils, so there's nothing for you to prepare. If you'd rather come to me, my private studio is available by appointment. Either way the price is fixed and agreed up front on WhatsApp — AED 400 per hour at home, AED 300 at the studio, no deposit and no surprises.
