After a long flight, the last thing you want is to hunt down the hotel spa and book a slot that fits around everyone else. I bring the treatment to your room instead — you land, settle in, and unwind without going anywhere. I’m Mei, an independent female massage therapist in Dubai, and I visit hotels and serviced apartments across the city by appointment.
Reset after the flight
Long-haul travel leaves you stiff, wired and out of sync. A gentle Swedish relaxation or aromatherapy session is one of the kindest things you can do for a travel-weary body — it eases tight shoulders and a stiff lower back, calms the nervous system and helps you sleep, which is the real key to shaking off jet lag. I’ve written more about massage for jet lag if you’d like the detail. If your stiffness is more stubborn, my deep tissue work can get into it properly.
How an in-room visit works
It couldn’t be simpler. Message me with your hotel or serviced apartment, your room number and a time that suits, and I’ll confirm a clear, fixed price — no deposit. I arrive discreetly and professionally with my own table, fresh linens, towels and oils, so you don’t need to prepare anything beyond a power socket nearby. Everything is strictly professional with proper draping throughout, in the privacy of your own room — which is why a lot of guests prefer it to the hotel spa.
Visiting hotels across Dubai
I regularly visit properties in the most popular guest areas. If you’re staying along the beach in JBR or out on Palm Jumeirah, in a tower in Downtown near the Burj Khalifa, or in Dubai Marina, I can come to you — and plenty of other neighbourhoods besides, all listed on my areas page. Whether it’s a beachfront resort, a Downtown apartment-hotel or a Marina serviced apartment, just leave my name with reception and I’ll be guided up.
Simple, honest pricing
There are no traveller mark-ups and no surprises — it’s the same fixed rate of AED 400 per hour for an in-room visit, set out in full on my pricing page, and you’ll have the total confirmed before I arrive. Have a look at everything I offer, then send me a WhatsApp with your property, room number and a time. Welcome to Dubai — let’s get you feeling human again.
Frequently asked questions
Do you come to hotels in Dubai?
Yes — I visit hotels and serviced apartments across the city, including JBR, Downtown, the Marina and the Palm. Just share the property name and your room number when you book, and I arrive discreetly with my own table, fresh linens and oils.
Can a massage help with jet lag?
It can really help you reset. A relaxing or aromatherapy session eases the stiffness from a long flight, calms the nervous system and supports better sleep, which is half the battle with jet lag. I've written more about this in my jet-lag post on the blog.
How do I arrange an in-room visit?
Message me on WhatsApp with your hotel, room number and a time. I confirm a clear, fixed price with no deposit, then arrive at your door with everything needed — there's nothing for you to prepare beyond a power socket nearby.
Is the visit discreet?
Yes. I arrive professionally and quietly with my equipment, treat you in the privacy of your room, and the whole thing is strictly professional with proper draping throughout. Many guests prefer this to booking the hotel spa.
