By Mei Han, massage therapist in Dubai Updated 18 July 2026
I’m Mei, an independent female massage therapist in Dubai, and mobile massage is simply what I do — I come to you. Home, hotel or office, anywhere across the city, I arrive with a full kit and set up wherever suits. It’s AED 400 an hour for a home visit, no deposit, cash on the day, daily from 10am to 11pm.
What “mobile massage” means with me
Mobile massage means the treatment travels, not you. Instead of booking a spa, driving over and driving home half-asleep afterwards, you stay exactly where you are and I bring the whole set-up to your door. For a lot of people in Dubai, that’s the difference between actually getting a massage and never quite finding the time.
I’m one person — Mei — so you always know who’s turning up: the same female therapist, every time, strictly professional from the first message to the last. I look after both women and men. There’s no agency, no rotating list of strangers, and no account to create. You message me, we agree a time, I arrive. It really is that straightforward.
A quick word on what “professional” means in practice, because it matters when someone comes to your home. Every session is by appointment and strictly professional. You’ll be properly draped throughout — covered with a towel, with only the area I’m working on exposed. I keep your details private, arrive on time, and leave your space exactly as I found it. If you’ve never booked a home visit and feel unsure, that’s completely normal; message me first and ask anything you like before you commit to a time.
Where I come to: home, hotel or office
Home. The most common choice. Your own space, your own shower, your own bed to melt into afterwards. I cover 19 areas across Dubai and I’m happy in apartments, villas and serviced apartments alike.
Hotel. Visiting Dubai or treating yourself to a staycation? I come to hotels and serviced apartments right across the city. Just have your room number ready and let reception know you’re expecting a visitor. There’s more on how that works in my hotel massage in Dubai guide.
Office. A knot between meetings, or a team that’s been grinding through a deadline? I can come to your workplace, set up in a quiet room, and work on backs, necks and shoulders — either fully clothed and seated, or on the table, your call. It’s a genuinely good way to reset mid-week. Corporate afternoons can be surprisingly draining, and twenty or thirty minutes on tight shoulders between calls does more for focus than another coffee. If a few colleagues would like sessions back to back, message me and we’ll plan the timings around your day.
Wherever you are, if you’re not sure I reach your building, just ask. You can see the full list on my areas I cover page.
What I bring: a full mobile kit
You don’t need to own anything or prepare much. I arrive with:
- a proper, sturdy massage table (or I can work on a firm bed if space is tight)
- fresh, clean towels and linens for every client
- a choice of oils, including unscented and aromatherapy blends
- everything for proper draping, so you stay covered, warm and comfortable
All you need is a bit of floor space — roughly the size of a large bath towel, plus room for me to move around — and somewhere to wash my hands. I set up in a few minutes and pack down just as quickly. If you’d like, dim the lights and put on some quiet music; I’ll bring the calm.
You can see the full menu of what I offer — deep tissue, Swedish and relaxation, sports and recovery, prenatal and postnatal, lymphatic drainage and aromatherapy — on my services page, and we’ll match the session to what your body needs on the day.
Ready when you are — message me on WhatsApp with your area, whether it’s home, hotel or office, and a rough time.
Whether you live here or you’re just visiting
Residents tend to book me around real life — an after-work slot once the emails stop, a weekend lie-in that rolls into a late-morning massage, a session the night before a big week. Visitors and staycationers usually book to a hotel: a treatment the evening they land to shake off a long flight, or a proper wind-down before flying home. Both are easy, because the whole point of mobile massage is that it fits around you rather than the other way round.
Timing: daily 10am to 11pm, often same-day
Flexibility is the whole point. I work every day from 10am to 11pm by appointment, which means I can fit around early starts, long working days and everything in between. An after-work session at 9pm, a lazy weekend late morning, a hotel visit the evening you land — all doable.
Same-day is often possible too. If you wake up stiff, or a stressful day ambushes you, message me and I’ll tell you honestly what I’ve got free. Because there’s no deposit, booking is genuinely low-commitment: we agree a time, and you pay cash on the day.
People sometimes ask whether a home massage is really as good as a spa. In the ways that matter, I’d say better: the same professional treatment on a proper table with clean linens, minus the commute, the shared changing rooms and the rush to vacate your slot. The one thing a spa has that your home doesn’t is a steam room — but you gain your own shower, your own bed, and total privacy. For most people that’s a fair trade, which is why so many switch to home visits and don’t look back.
Which massage should I book?
Because I bring the full menu with me, you don’t have to decide everything in advance — we can talk it through when I arrive. As a rough guide:
- Deep tissue — for stubborn knots and desk-bound necks and shoulders.
- Swedish and relaxation — the gentle, full-body wind-down, ideal for stress and first-timers.
- Sports and recovery — around training, padel, running or the gym.
- Prenatal and postnatal — gentle, side-lying work for mums-to-be and new mums, with a female therapist.
- Lymphatic drainage — light, rhythmic work to support circulation and ease puffiness after travel. It supports circulation rather than detoxing or slimming, and I’ll always be honest about that.
- Aromatherapy — calming essential oils for winding down or after a long flight.
Those are the six treatments I offer — I don’t do thai, hot stone or reflexology, so if that’s what you’re after I’ll point you elsewhere honestly. Not sure which of the six suits you? Tell me what’s going on with your body and I’ll suggest one.
Prices and how to book
Mobile home visits are AED 400 an hour. If you’d rather come to me, my studio is AED 300 an hour. Sessions are 60, 90 or 120 minutes at the same hourly rate, so a 90-minute treatment is simply one and a half times the hourly price — no hidden charges, no packages, no deposit. Payment is cash on the day, or bank transfer on request. It’s all set out on my pricing page.
To book your mobile massage, send me a WhatsApp message with three things: your area, whether you’d like me at home, a hotel or the office, and your preferred time. I’ll confirm, bring everything I need, and come to you.
