By Mei Han, massage therapist in Dubai Updated 18 July 2026
A full body massage in Dubai works from head to toe — usually your back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands, legs, feet and often the scalp — in one flowing sequence. I’m Mei, an independent female therapist, and I bring the table to your home for AED 400 an hour, or you can visit my studio for AED 300. There’s no deposit, and you pay cash on the day.
What a full body massage covers
A proper full body session moves through the major muscle groups in a set order, so nothing feels rushed and nothing gets missed. You usually start face down while I work the back, shoulders, neck and the backs of the legs. Then you turn over for the fronts of the legs, the arms and hands, and — if you enjoy it — a little scalp and face work to finish. Feet are part of the sequence unless you’d rather I leave them.
Throughout, I use proper draping. A towel or sheet stays over you and I only fold back the section I’m actually working on, so you stay warm and covered the whole time. This is standard, by-appointment treatment for both women and men. “Full body” simply means head-to-toe muscle work — it’s strictly professional from the first stroke to the last, and I’ll always talk you through anything before we begin.
Everyone’s “whole body” is slightly different, and you’re in charge of the map. Plenty of people ask me to skip the abdomen or glutes and put that time into the neck and feet instead — that’s completely normal, and I’ll always check before moving to a new area. If you’re booking your first massage, that’s worth knowing: nothing happens without a heads-up, the pressure is yours to set, and you can change your mind halfway through. A full body treatment should feel built around you, not a fixed routine you sit through.
The two full-body treatments I offer
Most of my six treatments can be given as a whole-body session, but two are built for that all-over feeling. Swedish and relaxation massage is the classic: long, flowing strokes at a medium pressure that ease the whole body and quiet a busy mind. It’s my most-booked choice for a first massage, or for a proper wind-down at the end of a long week.
Aromatherapy is the other true full-body option. It’s the same soothing, all-over flow, with a blended oil chosen for how you want to feel afterwards — settled, lighter, or ready to sleep. If you carry real tension in your shoulders or lower back, I can keep the overall session gentle and work more firmly on those areas — a full-body treatment that borrows a little from deep tissue where you need it. Just tell me on the day and I’ll adjust the pressure as we go.
Not sure which to pick? If you mainly want to switch off, sleep better and feel generally lighter, Swedish or aromatherapy is the natural home for a full-body session. If your body has a clear complaint — a locked lower back, ropey shoulders — we can still treat you head to toe and simply weight the hour towards the trouble spots. The style is a starting point, not a cage; I read your muscles as I go. You can see all six of my treatments if you’d like to compare before you book.
Choosing 60, 90 or 120 minutes
A full body massage fits any of my three lengths, and the hourly rate is the same for each — so the choice is really about how much time you want on the table.
- Sixty minutes covers the whole body at a steady pace. It’s a good fit if you already know where you hold tension and want the essentials done well.
- Ninety minutes is the sweet spot for most people: proper time on the back and shoulders and still a complete head-to-toe finish.
- Two hours is unhurried. Choose it for deep relaxation, or to combine styles — say, a calming full-body flow with focused work on a stiff neck.
The maths is simple: AED 400 an hour for a home visit, AED 300 an hour at my studio, whichever length you pick. There’s no deposit and no packages to sign up for — you can see the full breakdown on my pricing page. If you’d like to book, message me on WhatsApp and tell me your area and preferred length, and I’ll confirm quickly.
If you’re new to massage and unsure, ninety minutes is the length I’d gently suggest — long enough to relax properly into it without watching the clock, and short enough not to feel like a commitment. Regulars who come for maintenance often prefer a focused sixty. And if it’s a treat, a birthday or a long-overdue reset, two hours is hard to beat. Because the rate per hour doesn’t change, pick on time and mood rather than on any tiered pricing.
What it’s like having it done at home
The point of a home visit is that the massage comes to you, so there’s nothing to organise beyond a quiet room. I arrive with a professional massage table, fresh linens, clean towels and a small selection of oils. You choose where you’d like to set up — a bedroom or lounge both work well — and we dim the lights, put on some quiet music if you like, and begin. In the first couple of minutes I’ll ask how firm you want the pressure and whether any area needs care; you can always ask me to go lighter or firmer at any point.
Because you’re at home, the best part comes afterwards. There’s no drive back and no rush to get dressed and leave. You can drink some water, stay warm and let the session settle, which is when a full-body massage really does its work — muscles stay relaxed and your nervous system stays calm. If you’re in a hotel or serviced apartment, that’s just as easy; I visit those across the city too.
A few small things make the hour run more smoothly. Wear something loose to answer the door, and try not to eat a heavy meal in the hour beforehand — a full stomach and a massage table don’t sit well together. There’s no need to shower first; you can rinse the oil off whenever suits you afterwards. And if your building has security or paid parking, a quick heads-up saves us both time at the gate. None of it is essential — I’ll work with whatever your space allows — but it all helps.
Prices and how to book
A full body massage with me is AED 400 an hour at home or AED 300 at my studio, for 60, 90 or 120 minutes, with no deposit and cash on the day (bank transfer on request). There are no packages, no membership and nothing hidden — the hourly rate is the whole story, and it’s the same across all six of my treatments. I work daily from 10am to 11pm, by appointment, and I can often fit in a same-day session if you message early enough. I cover 19 areas of Dubai plus hotels, so wherever you are in the city there’s a good chance I can reach you.
To book, send me a WhatsApp with your area, the length you’d like and a rough time. If you have a health condition, a recent injury or you’re pregnant, mention it and I’ll tell you honestly whether massage is a good idea or whether you’d be better seeing a doctor or physiotherapist first. I’ll confirm quickly and let you know exactly what to have ready — usually just a quiet room and a towel.
Frequently asked questions
How much is a full body massage in Dubai?
A full body massage is AED 400 an hour as a home visit, or AED 300 an hour at my studio. The rate is the same whether you choose 60, 90 or 120 minutes. There is no deposit — you pay cash on the day, or bank transfer on request. Message me on WhatsApp to book a time.
What does a full body massage include?
It covers the back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands, legs and feet, plus the scalp and face if you'd like. I work through each area in one flowing sequence with proper draping throughout. You can ask me to spend longer on tight spots, or skip any area you'd rather I leave alone.
How long should a full body massage be?
Sixty minutes covers the whole body at a steady pace. Ninety minutes is the most popular — enough time for the back and shoulders and a full head-to-toe finish. Two hours is unhurried and good for deep relaxation. All three are the same hourly rate: AED 400 at home, AED 300 at my studio.
Can I get a full body massage at home in Dubai?
Yes. I'm a mobile therapist and bring the table, fresh linens and oils to your home or hotel across 19 areas of Dubai. You just need a quiet room and a little floor space. A home visit is AED 400 an hour with no deposit. Share your area on WhatsApp and I'll confirm a time.
Is a full body massage with Mei strictly professional?
Always. I'm an independent female therapist and every session is strictly professional, by appointment, with proper draping the whole time. I treat both women and men. This is genuine therapeutic massage — nothing else is offered or implied, on the phone or in person.
